Our Process
INITIAL MEETING
We begin with an introductory meeting to understand your vision for your new home. Together, we’ll explore design concepts, style preferences, location considerations, and budget goals, while reviewing the costs and benefits of various building components. You’ll have the opportunity to browse our portfolio and meet members of our team. By the end of our meeting, you’ll have a clear understanding of what it’s like to build a home with us and we’ll leave with a thoughtful game plan tailored to your project.
PLANNING & DESIGN
Next, we move into the planning phase, where we provide a full spectrum of design services for your home—including kitchen and bath cabinetry, storage solutions, millwork, and interior design, to name a few. During this stage, we refine your home’s layout and guide you in making informed decisions about every detail, from size and style—both inside and out—to any necessary waterfront planning in coordination with the town. Once the design is finalized, we’ll present accurate pricing, detailed specifications, and any required engineering to ensure your project is ready for the next step.
CONSTRUCTION
Once contracts are in place, construction begins. Throughout the build, we provide hands-on project management to ensure every detail is handled with care. This includes coordinating and meeting on-site at each stage of construction, reviewing any change orders with you and the affected sub-contractors, and maintaining strict quality control. We arrange for and attend all required inspections, and accompany you on any requested walk-throughs. From start to finish, we’ll work closely with you on design decisions, ensuring your home is completed to your vision and our highest standards.
